The Liberty Hyde Bailey Museum, located in Bailey's birthplace and childhood home and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, is the only museum in the world dedicated solely to the life, work, and legacy of Liberty Hyde Bailey.
The Liberty Hyde Bailey Museum and Educational Outreach Center (LHBM) offers a variety of internship experiences, each tailored to an intern’s skills and interests. Our internships also reflect our diverse mission and multifaceted identity through the categories of Education, Museum Gardens, Museum Technician, and Marketing and Promotion. Mission: The Bailey Museum celebrates the ideals and legacy of Dr.Bailey through the preservation and collecting of vital artifacts, writings, and living collections as it relates to land ethic, educational nature study and everyday life.
